Personal data protection at Atina-shop

1.) Online store owner Anita Štreicher, Jánošíkova 4347/34A, 94603, Kolárovo, Slovakia registered in the Trade Register of Komárno, Decision No .: OU-KN-OZP-2022 / 011817-2, Trade License No: 410-38489, business ID: 54845980, Tax ID: 1076855076, e-mail: atina-shop@outlook.com (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "administrator") is processing, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which cancels Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the following personal data:

• name and surname
• e-mail address
• telephone number
• billing address / address
• delivery addres

The above mentioned personal data must be processed for ordering and further contract performance if there is a contract of sale between you and the seller. Such processing of personal data is possible on the basis of Art. 6 par. (1) b) under Regulation - processing is necessary for the performance of the contract.

2.) Seller also processes these data for the purpose of recording the contract and any future application and defense of the rights and obligations of the parties. The storage and processing of personal data is for the above purpose for 10 years from the execution of the last part of the performance of the contract unless another legal regulation requires the storage of the contractual documentation for a longer period of time. Such processing is possible on the basis of Art. 6 par. (1) c) and f) under Regulation - processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation and for the purposes of the seller's legitimate interests.

3.) On the e-mail address or telephone number may be sent news and other business announcements to the buyer, this procedure is allowed by § 62 part 3, law No 351/2011 of law of Slovak Republic regarding of electronic communications, if the buyer does not reject it. These notifications can be logged off at any time in any way - for example, by email or by clicking on a link in the business announcement.
Processing of personal data is performed by the seller as personal data administrator. Personal data are also processed by the following processors: 

• Provider of Atomer service, operated by company All4Net s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava
• Slovak Post, a.s. and EXPRESS COURIER of the Slovak Post for the delivery of ordered goods to the buyer.
• Provider of Heureka service, operated by company Heureka Shopping s.r.o., headquarters Karolinská 650/1, 186 00, Praha 8-Karlín, Czech Republic 

Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

4.) Administrator does not have a person named so. Authorized Officer. Administrator can be contacted directly at the email address: atina-shop@outlook.com.

5.) The personal data administrator, as the operator of the www.atina-shop.sk website, uses the cookies on this website, which are used here for:

• measuring website traffic and generate statistics on visitor traffic and behavior on websites
• basic functionality of webpages.
• increasing shopping convenience on the eshop page. 

The collection of cookies for the purposes mentioned above may be considered as processing of personal data. Such processing is possible on the basis of Art. 6 par. (1) b) under Regulation.

The site can also be used in a mode that does not allow the collection of visitor behavior data - this mode can either be set within the browser settings or visitor can object to such collection based on a legitimate interest of the administrator according of Art. 21 of Regulation. Your objection will be evaluated without delay. Cookies necessary for the functionality of the site will only be retained for the time necessary for the operation of the site.

If a visitor objects to the processing of technical cookies that are necessary for the functioning of the website, then it is not possible to guarantee the full functionality and compatibility of the website. 

Cookies are stored for the time specified for each type of cookie.
Cookies that are collected to measure site traffic and generate visitor statistics and visitor behavior on the web are assessed in a bulk and anonymous form that does not allow individual identification.
Collected cookies are processed by the following processors:

6.) Please note that according the Regulation you have the right to:

• cancel business announcements at any time
• object to processing on the basis of a legitimate interest of the administrator
• ask us what for personal information we process
• request us to access to these data and let them update, correct, or request processing restrictions
• require us to erase this personal data - we will delete them, unless it is inconsistent with the applicable laws or legitimate interests of the administrator on the portability of data in the case of automated processing on the basis of consent or performance of the contract
• request a copy of the processed personal data
• for effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights have been violated under the Regulation as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
