Processing of personal data for the purpose of registration of user account

1.) You are giving the approval to owner of online store - Anita Štreicher, Jánošíkova 4347/34A, 94603, Kolárovo, Slovakia registered in the Trade Register of Komárno, Decision No .: OU-KN-OZP-2022 / 011817-2, Trade License No: 410-38489, business ID: 54845980, Tax ID: 1076855076, e-mail: atina-shop@outlook.com (hereinafter referred to as the "seller" or "administrator") is processing, within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and which cancels Directive 95/46 / EC (General Regulation on the protection of personal data) (hereinafter referred to as "the Regulation"), the following personal data:

• name and surname
• e-mail address
• telephone number
• billing address / address
• delivery addres
• order history

 2.) The above personal data will be processed to: 

• creating and administering a user account
• offering a more comfortable shopping experience

 3.) You agree with processing for a period of 5 years to: 

• set up and manage a user account if you do not prolong this period.The prolongation occurs through the active use of the user account, that is, each time you log in to the user account.
• offering a more comfortable shopping experience

4.) Processing of personal data is performed by the seller as personal data administrator. Personal data are also processed by the following processors: 

• Provider of Atomer service, operated by company All4Net s.r.o., Karpatské námestie 10A, 831 06 Bratislava

5.) Personal data will not be transferred to third countries outside the EU.

6.) Agreement with processing can be taken back at any time by sending a letter or an email with user account removal request.

7.) Please note that under Regulation you have the right to:

• to take back the agreement with the processing of your personal data at any time, this will result in the deletion of the user's registration from the database, including the associated personal data
• ask us what for personal information do we process
• request  administrator for access to your processed personal data and ask for a copy thereof
• for automated processed personal data on their portability
• request us to access to these data and let them update, correct, or request processing restrictions
• require us to erase this personal data - we will delete them, unless it is inconsistent with the applicable laws or legitimate interests of the administrator on the portability of data in the case of automated processing on the basis of consent or performance of the contract
• request a copy of the processed personal data
• for effective judicial protection if you believe that your rights have been violated under the Regulation as a result of the processing of your personal data in violation of this Regulation
• file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
